Work For Us
We’re always on the lookout for talented outdoor instructors, with a passion for the great outdoors and brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Our of instructors work for us on a freelance basis and we are busiest between March and November.
We are looking for folks with a variety of experience of working with children (from age 4 and up), young people, youth groups and adults.
Sounds good? The first step is to get in touch and email us your CV (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org), listing your experience and qualifications. We’ll then invite you to meet with the Activities Manager or Centre Manager, bringing with you original copies of your certificates including First Aid and DBS check.
Next is either an induction evening where you’ll get to meet some of our Instructors and talk through our policies and procedures, or we may just ask to you to shadow a few sessions alongside our most experienced Instructors, and if we feel you’ve got what it takes, we’ll add you to our books and contact you for future work. Happy days!
