Current Prices

Accommodation:

Downstairs Accommodation (18 Beds & Self catering option available) £310
Upstairs Accommodation (Single, double and triple room options) £48 per room
Laundry Option Quilt, Duvet Covers per person, per visit £5

NB :- Unless laundry is requested groups would be asked to bring their own sleeping bags

Catering:

Full Board (Breakfast 1, Packed Lunch & Evening Meal) £13.00

Alternatively catering can be broken down as requested

Breakfast 1 (Cereal, Toast + Jam, Fruit Juice) £2.50
Breakfast 2 (Bacon / Egg Barms) £3.00
(Above x 2 combined) £5.00
Packed Lunch £3.75
Evening Meal (Dinner + Sweet, Drinks) £6.75

NB : VAT will be added onto all the above prices at the current applicable rate.

Residential Accommodation Booking Checklist

To aid you with your booking and ensure your visit runs smoothly, please follow the check list below:

Telephone or e-mail to check activity date is available
Complete accommodation booking form : numbers, dates and check-in & departure times
Declare any additional information which may affect the safety & well being of the group
Request laundry and number if applicable
Complete separate catering booking form if course requires catering. It is essential that any special dietary requirements are declared before arrival or suitable food may not be available
Complete separate bedroom allocation sheets (can be done on arrival after checking sufficient beds have been reserved)
For activity or conference requirements complete separate booking forms
Read booking terms & conditions prior to completing the forms
